Avaliação dos riscos psicossociais numa organização geograficamente distribuída

O presente relatório de estágio descreve o estágio realizado numa organização geograficamente
distribuída, que teve como objetivo avaliar os riscos psicossociais dentro da mesma. Inicialmente, aborda a
organização em causa, mencionando a sua estrutura, funcionamento e ambiente organizacional. Em seguida, faz se referência ao departamento específico onde o estágio foi realizado, detalhando as suas funções e a sua
importância dentro da organização. Posteriormente, são descritas as atividades e tarefas desenvolvidas durante o
estágio, destacando os métodos e ferramentas utilizadas, incluindo o questionário COPSOQ-II para a análise dos
riscos psicossociais. O relatório conclui com uma reflexão crítica sobre a experiência de estágio, avaliando os
conhecimentos adquiridos, os desafios enfrentados e as contribuições feitas para a organização.
This internship report describes the internship carried out in a geographically distributed
organization, with the aim of assessing the psychosocial risks within it. Initially, it discusses the
organization in question, mentioning its structure, functioning and organizational environment. Next,
reference is made to the specific department where the internship was carried out, detailing its functions
and its importance within the organization. Subsequently, the activities and tasks carried out during the
internship are described, highlighting the methods and tools used, including the COPSOQ-II questionnaire
for the analysis of psychosocial risks. The report concludes with a critical reflection on the internship
experience, assessing the knowledge acquired, the challenges faced and the contributions made to the
organization.
