O presente relatório de estágio integra o segundo e último ano do Mestrado em
Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações na Universidade do Minho. A experiência
decorreu na área de Recursos Humanos (RH), especificamente no departamento de
People and Culture (P&C) de uma empresa integrada no setor das telecomunicações.
Ainda que o estágio tenha permitido ter um contacto com vários procedimentos dentro
do departamento, o Projeto nuclear centrou-se no processo de recrutamento e seleção
profissional. O estágio permitiu o primeiro contacto com o mundo organizacional e teve
como principais funções propor melhorias no processo de recrutamento e seleção, e
apoiar as várias fases, especialmente as relativas ao recrutamento.
Do ponto de vista da sua estrutura, o relatório inicia-se com uma breve descrição
do contexto organizacional onde decorreu o estágio, seguindo-se a descrição detalhada
do Projeto. Por fim, este documento termina com uma reflexão pessoal, na qual são
referidas as competências desenvolvida ao longo do mesmo, as dificuldades sentidas e
os desafios ultrapassados.
This internship report is part of the second and final year of the Master's Degree
in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Minho. The experience took
place in the Human Resources (HR) area, specifically in the People and Culture (P&C)
department of a company in the telecommunications sector. Although the internship
allowed me to have contact with various procedures within the department, the core
project focused on the professional recruitment and selection process. The internship
provided the first contact with the organizational world and its main functions were to
propose improvements to the recruitment and selection process and to support the
various phases, especially those relating to recruitment.
From the point of view of its structure, the report begins with a brief description
of the organizational context in which the internship took place, followed by a detailed
description of the project. Finally, this document ends with a personal reflection, which
mentions the skills developed during the internship, the difficulties experienced and the
challenges overcome.
