Professor Soely Polydoro and Professor Adriane Soares, researchers at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), were at CIPsi on 25, 26 and 27 October, invited by the University Research Group on Self-regulation (GUIA, Grupo Universitário de Investigação em Autorregulação), of the Learning, Instruction and Career Laboratory.
The two researchers actively cooperate with CIPsi through the implementation of projects in the field of self-regulation, namely in projects related to the "Cartas do Gervásio ao seu Umbigo" (Letters from Gervásio to his belly button) narrative.
In the presentation "A promoção da autorregulação da aprendizagem de estudantes como meta institucional: experiência em uma universidade pública" (Promoting students' self-regulated learning as an institutional goal: an experience in a public university), the researchers presented and discussed the book "Autorregulação da Aprendizagem: Teoria e Práticas" (Self-regulated Learning: Theories and Practices), regarding the experiences related to the implementation of narratives in different levels of education (e.g., the Sarilhos do Amarelo and (Des)venturas do Testas self-regulation narratives).
